13 month old; when do I need to stop pumping at work

My DD is now 13 months old. I have been pumping at work since returning nearly a year ago. I know by law they have to let me pump for a year... but when is that year up? When the baby is one or when you have pumped for a year at work? My DD loves to nurse and still nurses 4 times a day on weekends. I just dont want to ruin my supply during the week... but I also dont want to ruin pumping at work for the next mom.

What would you do, or have you done?

At daycare she get a bottle with almond milk and breast milk in it.

I would just ask if they would b ok on u continuing til ur lo has stopped bfing. We have been doing almond 4 a month now (15month now) because I'm preg & supply drop to like nothing & we were both miserable. Have been doing 1/3 whole & 2/3 almond.

My DS is 18mo (almost 19mo) and I am still pumping 2x a day at work. Tried to cut back to 1x a day this week, but that did not work. I would just keep pumping if that is what you would like to do. I have never asked if it was okay to keep pumping, I just figure I will keep going until I can wean from the pump. If someone asks, I am prepared to get a doctor's note saying I need to continue in order to avoid mastitis.

Has your employer said something to you? What state are you in?

I only pump once at work. I pump before I leave the house, after lunch and before bed. On a busy day, if I don't have time to pump at work, I pump right when I get home. Production levels have not changed.

What is your pumping schedule like at work, and what is your output each time? Can you just use your regular breaks / lunch for pumping?
