Would you leave feedback? and if so what kind?
OK so 2 weeks ago - I ordered a custom from a WAHM on a Friday - and she said she would have it out the following Monday- I didn't get tracking info or anything until the next Friday (which is last Friday the 20th) and all this week there haven't been any updates - so today I pm'd her saying there hasn't been any updates and I still haven't received the package etc. and she said she would send it out tomorrow since it hasn't been sent out yet. . I am kinda upset and thinking of leaving a negative feedback - do you think it is warranted? I'm not sure what to do

If you receive the packet and all is as described and what you were expecting I would perhaps leave neutral feedback but not negative. I personally reserve negative for seriously not as described and refusing to work with you.

Re: Would you leave feedback? and if so what kind?
I would wait and get the stuff, see if I'm happy with it otherwise, and maybe leave a neutral. Other buyers need to know if she doesn't ship on time, and she needs to know it's not ok to not ship when you say you will, and not keep in contact with buyers if there is a delay. I would definately leave some kind of feedback, not doing so screws other buyers.

First, wait until you receive it. For one, you'll want to check quality and make sure all is okay with the custom. And for two, she may end up shipping asap now, or may drag or out another 2w. Who knows? The transaction isn't over yet, and I consider FB to be the overall experience of the completed transaction.
Assuming she ships now, and all is well with the custom, I would probably leave neutral with comments. Satisfied with custom, good quality, communication was okay (wasn't it? She got back to you so I'm assuming so, even though she didn't give you a heads up on her not shipping on time), but shipping was promised on x date, and was not done until x date /or/ slow shipping (x amount of time after promised) /or/ did not ship until x amount of time after I asked where item was, etc If you're satisfied with the item, and she was honest about the delay (though she did not tell you until you asked, and IMO should've immediately told you shipping didn't happen on the day she promised it would, and when she planned to ship), did respond to you, etc then I would consider it overall a decent experience with a time annoyance and broken promise. Evens out to neutral to me. But it's really up to you. If you feel it was overall a horrible experience, that's your prerogative. 50/50, the same. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using DS Forum

Re: Would you leave feedback? and if so what kind?
I wouldn't leave positve even if the custom is done to your liking. communication is huge and she should have shipped when she said and if she couldn't/didn't then she should have let you know. I would probalby leave neutral.

Sounds like a neutral, unless the item is crap, then I'd say negative unless she fixes everything and steps up the communication. Then, it would still be neutral.
If I didn't even care anymore, I'd just request a refund and file a pp claim since it's been so long and would just refuse the package if she still tries to ship it. |

Re: Would you leave feedback? and if so what kind?
Agee with neutral. She lacked communication. Even if she had to be late (life happens) and even if the item isn't what was expected and she had to refund you, I give a positive if the person goes the extra mile and has really good communication. Communication is probably the single most important element in a transaction. She failed. Neutral.

I agree with all of the above. If you are pleased with the product, neutral with comments on the shipping time
