36 weeks 1 day today..having contractions about 3-4 mins apart....and my oldest's bday party is tomorrow afternoon!!! im not freaking yet because i am a frequent contractor...but my son came at 37 weeks so im a little nervous...im drinking a ton of water with my feet up hoping they go away my daughter would be crushed if her party got cancelled

Oh no sending you good vibes! That's exactly what I'm worried about. I'll be 36 weeks on my oldest's 6th birthday and I so hope it doesn't interfere. My DD was born at 35 weeks. Put your feet up and get some rest.

A good friend of mine had her daughter during her other daughter's 2nd birthday party- as in, she had the baby upstairs during the party! She didn't realize she was that close to the birth. People had no idea what was happening until an ambulance came.

I had 3 false labors before DD 2 was born. I would have contractions about every 3-5 min. for a few hours then it stopped. She ended up being 8 days past due date.
Hope you can enjoy the party but you can reschedule if you need to
