I feel so overwhelmed :(

I have been wanting to go to school. I have put it off for months now and decided I really need to do this so I applied for the fall semester.. Well now I'm wanting to back out again but I know I need to do this! There is just so much to do in so little time! For me anyways.. every time I even look at the paper saying all the crap I need to do I burst into tears! I need encouragement or something

have you gone in to talk to an admissions counselor? they will help you step by step, you dont have to figure this all out alone!

mama. You applied so that is definitely a step in the right direction. I am trying to motivate myself to go back also. There are so many others that have gone back to school and it's not impossible. If they did it so can you. Take it one day at a time.

I'm mostly worried about passing the entry exams before the 14th. I can't remember how to do long division or fractions! And I need to find a daycare.

If you google the math stuff you'll find super helpful instructional websites. This is how I got through my summer online calculus course. Just take it one step at a time with deep breaths!

So I just dug up my high school transcript and added the school it my application for financial aid online. I still need to go and get my shot records and call to schedule a testing date. And do the daycare thing..

Take a deep breath! The worst that'll happen is that you'll start in dev. math. I had been out of school for 21 years & went back last year. I put it off many times because I was scared of failure. I hadn't set foot in a classroom since I was 15 because I did independent study. I ended up having to take 1 dev. math class & aced it. I currently have a 3.95 gpa & am finished with all math classes except stats.

Math for lpn is easy, you'll do fine. I'm pursuing my RN right now.
