I just took a 100sb survey, at the end it asked if I wanted to do taste testing for some of the products, it was snack mixes, I said yes, put all my info in and then it didn't redirect to the congrats page....so I didn't get the points! The same thing happened to me yesterday on a different survey. I contacted sb customer service and they pretty much said to bad. So I wrote them back today and said it happened again and I would like my points! I figure if they won't give me the points and I get the email about taste testing then I'll send that to them as proof. So annoying!

LOL Same here! There were a few days last month that's the only way I made goal. Got one running right now in fact.

I just got a response from sp about a ticket that I sent in and they said the quality of my screen shot was not good enough...I can't change the quality of it! I'm so annoyed....I think it's going to be one of those days with sb's today! I'm going to gave to fight for every point earned!

I'm going to respond and tell them if they won't credit it then I'll contact sb customer support. Any time i've had an issue in the past with a wall giving a BS excuse sb's credits me no issues.

cool. I got my 2 $10 banana republic/gap/old navy gift cards posted today. there is a link to the card page that you can print out to use in store or you can use online. super simple to use. Still haven't been to target to test out the gift cards, yet. might be able to do that today.

those of you who are saving your gift cards, are you immediately putting them into your amazon account? I can't do that because DH will be like "YAY! money to spend!" LOL Something will magically pop up that he "needs". So, I am leaving them in my SB account. I'm a little paranoid that they are going to block my account for some stupid reason (I haven't done anything wrong, but I've heard of people getting it locked when they hadn't done anything wrong, either), so I created a document to keep track of all of my gift card codes just in case. As soon as it posts, I put the code in the document for safe keeping. Never hurts to have a back up! LOL

I put them in my amazon account and just save them there. Thats a good idea though. My DH doesn't shop much on amazon so I don't have to worry about him spending my gc's.

I just did a 60sb survey on PL, completed it and it redirected to the page that shows how many sb's you got and it said 0

This really is turning into a crappy sb day for me!

Has anyone looked back at the bonus widget for July? I'm pretty sure mine is messed up because I KNOW i made goal every day in July and now if I go back and look every day leading up to July 10th is pushed back a day and July 10th is missing. So now it looks like I didn't make goal all month. I really hope they fix this!!
