can you use it to make a cover? i have some leftover from a blanket

if it's leftover from a blanket, probably not. there is minky PUL, but I don't think they're the same.

not water proof but you could use it on the inside of a cover and it would be nice and soft. Or you could use it on the outside but you would need to back it with pul or fleece or something waterproof
