boingo and the kite fold

I need help using my boingos with the kite fold. I tried one on my 2 yr old and the bottom fell off. I tried two and it seems awkward. Can someone post a pic of how to best use boingo with the kite fold

do it side snap style. Bring the sides up first THEN bring the middle up and attach on each side. Does that make sense? I do it but I do the airplane fold.

I can't use just 1 boingo on my ds; I think that's just for smaller babies, but not sure. I do the same as pp said, bring up 1 wing, put rise on top, boingo, then repeat on the other side. Not sure if you can see it here, but he moves around great in it, with no problems, and it stays on great.
