What will help my sore breasts? :(

I am really uncomfortable. My breasts are cramping bad and have become super veiny. Thy have been hurting so bad I looked online trying to figure out what would help. I read a supportive bra should do the trick but it seems to be worse now. Does anyone have any suggestions to ease my pain? :/ Tia!

I'm in the middle of my 2ww. Having a lot of symptoms though. Just trying to wait to test...

My fingers are crossed for you! The only thing that helped my sore boobs was a tight fitting bra! You said that that made yours worse so I have no idea!
