Diaper Swappers

Not sure where to post this but I ordered dipes from a mama and I have not received them or gotten any communication from her. I have sent many PM's (with no response) and according to my PP account, she got my money (on 7/23). I have never had this problem before and I have been doing transactions on here for years now. My questions are, can I dispute the charge through PP? How long should I wait to do it? I have never left negative feedback, should I in this situation?

You should contact a MOD prior to filing with PayPal. Sorry this happened to you. Hopefully a MOD can help get it straightened out and help prevent this from happening to another mama.

Monday was her deadline to ship. Since that has passed and you haven't received any communication, I would contact a mod. If they can't get any results, then I would file. You have 45 days to file, so you have plenty of time to work with.

I hope it get resolved for you mama!

Thanks mamas! Sorry to be so ignorant, but how does one go about "contacting a mod"? I get the general premise, but fortunately have not had to actually do it ever. Any help is appreciated
