Diaper rash

On another board, we are thinking of doing a virtual baby shower. Since I plan to: breastfeed, co-sleep and EC, I can't think of stuff to "ask for". But I thought,"Do ECed babies get diaper rash?" So I ask, is rash cream a good thing to have around?

They can get allergy rash around their bum holes if they are sensitive to something you are eating

There is lots of EC gear you can ask for! Potties, cozies, tiny undies, prefolds and belts, and you still need wipes

DUH! Of course I'll need wipes and a potty. :smh:

Yep! I have 5! And we use all of them!

I have 2 bjorn little potties, 1 bjorn smart potty, a prince lionheart toilet seat insert and a Pottette travel potty (which I love!). My little guy will use all of them.

As far as diaper rash goes, my LO has only had it twice and it was moderate (nothing too severe). One was a reaction to the rotavirus vaccine and the other was a reaction to spicy food he ate (13 months). Both times I used CJ's and it cleared right up and must have felt soothing because he would cry when I wiped but relax when I put the CJ's BUTTer on. I love CJ's. It's the only thing I use. (I've tried other stuff but nothing I liked as much as CJ's.)
