4.05 mile trail run. The hills defeated me so it was more of a trail run/walk.

Re: 8/26/12-9/3/12 Daily Exercise Thread

Meeting with my trainer at 1130 today. Told her my quads and hammies were feeling shot from this weekend so we are going to focus on core. I'll go in a warm up 30 minutes early either on the bike, elliptical or treadmill. Need to see what I'm feeling like doing.

Went for my first run alone! No stroller, no Beco, just me. Did 2.5 miles.

Hills are tough but essential! I ran yesterday, 8 miles, 25 weeks pregnant. I live in a very very hilly intense area. And every hill, I wanted to die. I was slower than a turtle!!! Just go slow enough that you ate still 'shuffling' not walking. You'll get thru!!

Hahaha, I don't think I'd call it running. It's more like a shuffle, lol. And it's until I either get spit-up on or he protests. I have two of my kids on three of the days I workout, so I don't get to really run often. :/
