Had turkey breast with low fat cheese, on tortilla (quesadilla style) with hot sauce, salsa, and FF sour cream.

Kimmie, I'm so very sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. (((big hugs)))

I've been hovering at 176. So I guess this is good news considering all the crap I've been consuming lately! I wanna get down to 173 by Wednesday-- can it be done??? We'll see....

We took fam pics a few weeks ago and just got them in and I'm kinda disappointed. I still see a fat me I'm still feeling like I'm 248lbs. It's really hard to get out of that mindset. I guess it proves this journey is not all about physical but mental as well.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend Kimmie. I am the worst to ask about that stuff. Emotional eating is my thing for sure. I like to eat when I'm happy, sad, scared, upset, you name it, I can find an excuse to go to a Chinese buffet for it.

For dinner I made ground turkey with tomatoes with chilies, pinto beans, brown rice, FF sour cream, hot sauce, and low fat cheese. And I just had some light airpopped popcorn.

I hear you Greenmommy. Back in highschool I lost about 40 lbs and I weighed 190. I still thought I was huge! But looking back at photo of me then all I can think is how "skinny" I was, I'd love to be that size again!

I ate fruit last night and did not give into the grief. Once I felt as though I might cheat, I went to sleep. My friend was battling drug addiction and overdosed we found out. Such a tragity and just too sad. He was such a great guy.

I am down to 164 today!!! I was thinking it would take me a few days but I weighed in this AM at 164.7 and will take it for sure. I am only hoping for 1 pound goals these days as getting out of the 160s is not easy for me. It is my stall weight.

Still doing well had another turkey cheese quesadilla thing. Going grocery shopping tonight and thinking about getting some healthy dinner out, just so I can get out of the house. I don't have a job outside of the house..and no friends around here so I get pretty stir crazy. Going out to eat is usually my only excuse to leave the house most days.
Planning on doing some bike riding soon.

Went to the fair today. It could have been worse but wasn't great. lamb bbq for lunch and then just popcorn and lemonade. Could have been worse. I wanted a funnel cake but resisted.

I had the hardest time resisting elephant ears. It made me cry a little on the inside every time I walked past the booth.

I have been sticking with my diet even though it is hard. I want to snack out of grief, but have been eating only fruit and veggies. It has paid off as I am still at 164 and lost .4 lbs yesterday. I am hoping to be at 163 in a few days. Last night we had pork for protein. Not sure what we are having tonight.
