Crystal- Enjoy your trip! Could you buy the doggie a new bone or something he'll love while you're gone? It's so hot here a doggie in a car doesn't sound good. UNless of course it's a pickup with a shell and the windows that open then it doesn't sound so bad. Have fun! Good luck!

Extremely deep and intense weekend. Good eating, but I feel like my weigh in today is holding on to weight due to emotional processing. Loved the workshop I took, but it will take time to integrate and process

Thanks ladies! Normally, I was doubting that I looked thinner. I still see myself as the same when I look in the mirror. But DH insisted I was looking much thinner so I made him take a pic and when I saw the two next to each other I was happily surprised! I guess all this hard work is paying off afterall!

You look phenomenal! Way to go! Keep it up! Look up thinspiration quotes on pinterest. I have a ton and they've helped keep the motivation 😃
I have a before pic from June and I hope to have a good midway point pic by the end of fall!

Short-Term Goal (ie. "X" by valentines/March) 225. It's small, but I have seen 229 on the scale A LOT and 227 a very few times, but 225 never (in recent memory).
Long-Term Goal 180ish.
Weight Lost to Date 0, but I'm just starting tracking
Weight Loss Plan I'm replacing breakfast and lunch with whey protein shakes and vegetables and one protein serving (hummus or cheese stick) and then I'm having a reasonable dinner with my family. I'm usually a big exerciser, but lately work has been crazy. I need to get back to it big time!

Welcome, Maria!

My gallbladder was on the attack again last night. The pain wasn't as bad as it's been in the past but it lasted until about 8 this morning. I've never had pain that long so needless to say, I didn't get much sleep at all. I also haven't eaten more than a banana and a handful of blueberries today bc I'm fearful of it affecting my gallbladder. AND we leave tomorrow morning to travel out of state for a family wedding. I'm praying I make it through!

Nicole, I totally understand! I had another gallstone attack on Friday and since then I've been living on bananas and toast. I've tried adding some foods back in but then I start to feel sick again. Blah! I wish this illness didn't exist! I hope you feel better asap!

Okay, ladies, I'm still here. Sort of. Been busy today. I don't know if my MIL has a scale, so I might not be weighing myself until I get home in September. Need to work on drinking more water, though.
