Went clothes "browsing" today. I can fit comfortably in a 20 now (I started out at a 26 in February). I am not buying just yet. I think I am going to wait until the fall clothes come out and then buy.

Starting Weight: 248 Current Weight: 175.8 Short-Term Goal: new goal now: 173 by August 29th, my one year weight loss anniversary Long-Term Goal: 148 by January 10, my 28th birthday Weight Lost to Date: 72.2 Weight Loss Plan: working out daily and eating 1200 calories a day. Feels great to meet my goal! I'm only a tiny bit over but I'm thrilled to see 175 on the scale! I hope to get to 173 by the 29th bc I'll be able to say I've lost 75lbs in 12 months and that'd be awesome! I've been so careful w what I'm eating bc of my gallbladder and luckily I've had no issues than the other night. Weight Lost to Date 16.5 lbs Weight Loss Plan Clean eating, calorie counting, walking daily, hula hooping daily, just generally enjoying life ACTIVE. Hi Ladies No weight change to report. It's not because I believe I should have change, these last 5 days have just sucked for eating and I haven't worked out once. I think I'll start my day with working out today. I stayed up until 3 am reading in bed which isnt helping my motivation this morning. I'm just really thankful the scale hasn't budged upward!How is everyone working out in the heat? I admit to being a little more than a heat-whimp. I literally cringe at the idea of going outside for anything, but man it's ruining my work outs to see our area spend a month at 100*. Thoughts? Tips? Help! for fitting in new pants both of you!! That's AWESOME. I know I felt amazing when I could finally fit in a pair of 16s that were my favorite pants once upon a time. They are snug but I'm getting there. In March I was a 22, so 16 is a huge improvement. I'm loaded up with healthy foods to choose from today, I'm hoping to be back on track losing weight next week!

Can I join until another support group is started? I'm not a "big mama" but I've been there before. I don't have to tell you how much I weigh or have left, I just want someone to chat and cheer with and there aren't any other groups current. Just had my 3rd baby so I'm definitely very fluffy right now! It's ok if you say no, I do understand.

I don't have a ton of time. I've been MIA all week with out County fair. I did AWESOME at avoiding the temptation. I didn't even drink much soda. And I'm pretty sure I lost a few pounds with all the walking/pig wrestling/ running/working I did.

I'm pretty sure I ate 3000 calories today.
I think I want to throw up my stomach hurts SO BADLY. When you go months without soda, pizza, birthday cake, chips, etc.... I cannot handle this pain. I'm up past midnight near tears because my stomach hurts so badly!! I was completely and totally unprepared for todays food selection all day. One event to another. Coupled with bad choices.

Monday weigh-in
Your name Maria Starting Weight 230 Current Weight 230.2 Short-Term Goal (ie. "X" by valentines/March) 225. It's small, but I have seen 229 on the scale A LOT and 227 a very few times, but 225 never (in recent memory). Long-Term Goal 180ish. Weight Lost to Date +.2. SIGH. Weight Loss Plan: Well, I thought that my meal replacement strategy would work without having to count points or calories. I really felt that this week I would build some momentum, and it didn't work. So I am setting myself a 30 day challenge to track everything I eat in Lose It! Will I annoy you all if I check in frequently about that to keep myself honest? Thanks!
