Well, no weight change to report, but today I celebrated buying size large shirts. Just 2 months ago I was celebrating fitting into XL instead of 1X. :happy:

It's cooling down here finally and when my littles wake up, I'm off for a jog! Welcome everyone who's joined us!! I love seeing this thread active

Been working out for 3 days straight now and I am feeling sore. Pushups, crunches, planks, squats and reverse crunches on the pilates ball.I went through a couple weeks of emotional eating and gained 3 1/2 lb. Now I am trying to get my depression and eating back on track.

Glad to hear that you feel better and are back on track!!!

I did not weigh myself today. I was running later than usual cuz DH let me sleep in. I am doing WW and preparing for the hCG diet once DS4 weans eventually. He is only 4 months old so I know it will be awhile. I would do it now but am afraid to dry up with too few calories.

WTG! I'm doing alright. Not stellar but I haven't eaten any whole boxes of cookies today so I'm improving right?

LMAO - I am watching Man vs Food and dying here! I want to eat everything now. I keep telling myself my 3 pt pork chop and 0 pt veggies will be truly satisfying...LOL!

Today was Day 4 working out-- I did some minor lifting, pushups and squats. I am kind of sore, but not awful. Today was also day two without my evil coffee/dairy/sugar triumvirate. I hardly noticed until around 3PM... and even now, I want one, but it isn't a wicked craving yet. We'll see how I feel on Sunday, as Saturday while I am grocery shopping is usually my Starbucks day =D

I took my measurements today and despite being up in pounds, I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my hips and 1/2 an inch off my bust.

That is awesome!! I have not weighed myself in 2 days I am going to try to tomorrow AM when I get up. I am hoping to be down some more or the same. I ate some cheese and even though it is in my points to do so, it always makes me gain for some reason.
