i would think so but i will get measurements for you. btw i have your preschool page on fb liked...it is amazing!

unsnapped they measure 12.5" rise and 11.5" waist edge to edge all unstretched. There is alot of growing room for my DD1 and she is 24 months and 28lbs and they still fit her good now. Just for fun I had DS attempt to try them on over his undies and he is a tall and skinny almost 5 yr old. They may have gone on w/out his undies but I didnt want to wash them again but as far as they were pulled up the rise would have been okay for him it was just snug around the waist/thigh so I didnt want to push its limits
