Breast milk and FAS
I know a mama who is adopting a 3 year old who has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and HIV+. She intends to pumping.
My question is...is it beneficial for either if these special needs. Yes, I know BM is beneficial....I want to know if is more for these special needs and if you have some web sites or research on this...that would be great. Thank you for your help

As in a reversing effect? I have never heard anything like that. But it's never something that harms.

FAS is actual brain damage so sadly not reversible but if she pumps and feeds it should help strengthen his immune system
