Desserts using peaches?

I've done peach cobbler, pie, crisp...What else can I do with my peaches? I have some that need used today or they are going to get thrown out. I don't have time tomorrow to do anything with them. Any ideas on a new peach recipe? TIA!!

Peach ice cream? Peaches and cream?

Just cut and freeze (put them on wax paper on a cookie sheets, freeze for about an hour then throw in a bag) for smoothies later.

That is what we do with all our fruit we haven't eaten right before it goes bad. I have a gallon Baggie I use over and over and when we want Smoothies I throw whatever in the blender, add either yogurt or milk, beat to smithereens in the blender and healthy yummy smoothie. no added sugar needed most times. Easy too for breakfast.

Cut them in wedges, stick them in the freezer and just eat them frozen - delicious!!! That's what I did last week and we finally ate them today. Yum!

Or you could freeze to throw them in smoothies too like the pp suggested sounds yummy too!

Make some jam/preserves. Try it like you would strawberry shortcake, but with the peaches instead for a different twist. Use in a fruit salad

This. You can even measure 2 cups or 4 cups or whatever of slices for specific (non-smoothie) recipes. I have peaches frozen for a cobbler for DH some weekend.

Thanks, ladies! I do that every year but this year I canned a bunch too. I ended up making a pie again...we are apparently out of eggs. I like the shortcake idea, though!
