temp taking

I want to start taking my temp and from what I have read you need to do it at the same time before you get out of bed. Well I have an 8 mo old who still gets up to eat between 4 am and 6 am then we tend to lay back down til my boys get up usually between 7 and 7:30 am. So question is do I take it when I get up to feed her or can I wait til later when I get up with the other kids?

I would take it when you get up to feed her. If you wait to take it, you may get higher temps than are accurate.

When you get up to feed her. Do you co-sleep? You could temp when baby wakes to feed or while baby feeds. If you have to get up you need to temp first before getting baby.

does it matter if its at different times or is it just important to make sure it is done before getting out of bed? sorry if I am making this more complicated then needed. Really want to naturally avoid a pregnancy and I am worried I am going to make a mistake.

You should take it at the same time every day. Some women are more sensitive to time than others tho. I could always temp 30 mins on either side of my temp time without major changes.
