I find concentrate to be pointless. It's just ready to feed that you have to dilute. I think powder is the most convenient because you do not have to refrigerate when on the go. I just portion out into these BPA free formula dispensers I have, add water from a bottle I bring with me, shake. With the rice starch one sometimes the nipple would be clogged but it never happened with non-rice-starch formula.

I think ready to feed and powder have their places, and concentrate is the bottom of my convenience list.

The one your child will drink is the best. I like liquid/non-concentrate but it is expensive at least for the first few months and then powder.

According to the EWG, liquid/ready-to-eat formula contains more BPA than the powdered formula. I don't have a high enough post count to post a link, but if you google "bpa formula" the report is the first result.

I think it's whatever one works best for you baby that matters most. DD does best on powder, concentrate made her very fussy and caused her reflux to act up (that's the form of Nutramigen WIC provided too so we can't use it). So if your baby does great on powder then go with it, it's cheaper. However if lo doesn't, then try either a different powder or go for concentrate or rtf!

Neither. Ready to feed is better because it is just that ready to feed and sterile.

My only preference would be not using a can. I've heard the BPA contamination from cans of formula is way worse than the amount of BPA found in old plastic baby bottles.

Powder is much easier and cheaper, plus it doesn't stain like the others!
