Another menstrual cup question

I have a moon cup (the silicone version of the keeper) and I'm having issues with it. The first couple of times I used it I loved it, but that was before I had my 2nd baby. I pretty much got my period back for 4 months and then got pregnant again so I didn't use it very much. This is my first cycle after having her and I just can't keep it in. I feel like I get it in and up far enough, I know it pops open and I make sure to give it a couple of spins but after a couple of hours it starts to come out and I have to reinsert it. It is damp when I put it in and I've been using the punch down fold. Anything I'm missing here?

Maybe you need a bigger size now? I have one of those too and I really like it.

Having this problem with my Lunette and I have both sizes! Do your Kegels! Your vaginal walls are probably still weak from childbirth. And yes, try the bigger size.

I'm having the same problem with my Diva cup and it's a size two. DD is a year old....I don't really know what to do. If anyone has a suggestion, I'm open to them!

You may have to find a different brand cup. If you google menstrual cups, you can find charts with all their measurements.
