EBF 7 month old getting constipated any time she eats solids

so glad this was brought up, I just started to give my DD was is EBF some first fruits and peas as far as veggies so far and last night and today have been horrible. I thought right away it was the peas, but now I am thinking it is just having solids period and too much banana.

My son is 7mo to!!! Same here when we first started. I started giving 1/4 to 1/2 jar of prunes. Whe I had dd #2 she was this way the dr said make all her food! So I did and it stopped !!!! So I make his he's good now usually they will adjust!!! Also now I get like 68 jars of fruits and veggies on wic plus 48 jars of bby food meat which he hates lol but were useing it!! It's hard to make it all unless I freeze it.
