Does anyone else still need breast pads at 13 months?

My DS is 13 months and I still need breast pads. I dont leak much but I still have small leaks. Has anyone else experienced this?

On my smart phone which is clearly not as smart as it seems to believe

I do!! I was in the back seat nursing my almost 13mo and she pulled off to laugh which caused me to spray my six yr old in the face...this happens more than I like to admit, so yes, I wear pads.

Haha!! That's awesome though. It means you've got plenty of milk and it's flowing nice and strong.

DD is 10 months, and I still need them at night. I don't usually wear them during the day, but sometimes I need to.

The weird thing to me is I dont feel like I have much milk anymore. Im tempted to do another 24 hour test weigh to see how much milk I am still making. Maybe I am making more than I think lol

I was able to give them up at 12/12.5 months. I was so thrilled to do so, lol!!

Re: Does anyone else still need breast pads at 13 months?

My LO is 20 (almost 21) months old and I'm 14/15 weeks pregnant. It wasn't until after I found out I was pg and my milk supply changed a bit (and LO stopped nursing [as] much the past month) I still had to use them... and now I use them as just an extra comfort barrier from sore/tender nipples. If I wasn't pregnant I'd still have to use them, mostly during let down and nighttime since she's stopped nursing [as] much during the night.
