I am going to try and crochet a pair of longies for dd. I want to make them for her to wear ti school football games so i am looking for dark brown and maybe some gold in them. I know nothing about wool but want it soft.

Idk how much i need. Dd is 11lbs and 3 months.

I don't have any for sale but Cascade 220 is an affordable wool with tons of colors and it's nice and soft. Not cashmere soft but it isn't scratchy at all.
