Diaper Swappers

I just got a new job that will allow me to home with my DD more and I would love to join a local mama meetup/play group... I will have Tuesday and Thursday off... We live in tacoma and I have no idea where to even look for something like this. Does anyone know of one or know where I would look to find something like this? Thanks!

My littles are still a bit small to "play", but we'll soon be looking for opportunities to get out and socialize as well.

I'm a member of the Tacoma Area Attachment Parents group on Meetup. I'm really kind of borderline AP, but the mamas have been nice and welcoming.

It's a website groups can use to organize events, etc. It's just Meetup.com. From there, you can search for a specific group or just search for groups in your area.

are you guys Y memebers? when my kids were littler we did toddler gym there, which is basically an indoor park time for toddlers/preschoolers and their parent(s). If i had read this earlier i would have invited you to the summer park trips i did with local ladies (most were from my church, but anyone was welcome) but we just had our last park day, until next summer! Now that my oldest is in school (and even my second is starting preschool, where does the time go?) i'm really not as in the loop!
