I know that's how I feel too but some how I'm being unreasonable by not just doing what she wants me to do. I'm not the one who made a mistake but I should have to be out more money or take items I don't want. How is that remotely fair to me the one who had no control in this mess up She keeps talking about how I'm not being fair and taking advantage of her by asking her to work with me to make this right in a way I feel good about.

ETA: Oh and I have contacted a mod and she said her and the team would try to help me work this out

I'm glad you contacted a mod. At this point, it doesn't sound like she really wants to work it out very much, just make it go away.

I agree that she seemed like she didn't want to make it right just to be done but I just wanted a fair resolution. It's been majorly rocky but I think we've finally got it worked out, she is going to go ahead and send some of the items she said she changed her mind on and I don't have to ship the shoes back so that's always good

This. Though, like you, I'd tend to lean toward leaving none simply because I don't like conflict.
