Re: 7 weeks, 4 days....2 sacs (same size) and one baby/one heartbeat

I've randomly read on the net about this happening. Sometimes I've read it can be twins, but one is not as developed as the other is yet, or is not visible on u/s yet. Other times it is just one baby, there would have been two but something happened.... That's what I've read. No personal experience or anything tho.

I went to my friends homebirth and watched as the midwife inspected the placenta. It had an extra sac attached to it and was the same size as a fully developed sac? Nothing in it. As pp stated I've heard of twins being developmentally off by a couple days or weeks. Congrats
