Toddler straw cups
DS2 is 18 months. He is obsessed with my plastic tumbler cup thing I carry all the time. He loves the straw. When DS1 was little, I hated every sippy with a straw I found. Every one leaked or broke very quickly. Has anyone found a decent quality straw cup for toddlers? It doesn't have to be spill-proof. I'd prefer to keep the cost semi low (under $7ish), because we all know how cups disappear. Then again, if its an awesome cup, I'm willing to pay more.

I use the kids tervis tumblers with their straw & straw top. They're not spill proof but we haven't had any major issues when dd drops it.

Re: Toddler straw cups
If he likes your cup and you don't care if it's spillproof can you get him one like yours?

Just saw these Lolla Cups on Shark Tank last night, seem really cool. http://lollaland.com/
They come out next month. The straw is weighted, so it actually stays in the drink when they tip their cup. Sent from my iPod touch using DS Forum

My favourite is the ones made by playtex you can get it at walmart. The straw is short and soft and has a stopper so it can't be pulled out. It only leaks if DS turns it upsidown and shakes it and sometimes if he drops it like 2 drops may come out. I love it! It took him 2 days to learn how to use it at 13 months and he loves it. Hope that helps! It was cheap too, maybe $6 CDN?

Re: Toddler straw cups
We like the Take N Toss straw cups here. However, they aren't spill-proof. We only use them at the table. We use the Playtex insulated sippies the rest of the time.

Re: Toddler straw cups
We have these Tommee Tippee ones: http://sites.target.com/site/en/spot...ommee%20tippee . The have a valve to prevent spills. I think they were about $9.00 for a two pack. We really like them.
