My morning sickness has gotten worse with each progressive pregnancy. Gender wasn't a big factor.

I was moderately sick with DD and hardly sick at all with DS, so gender seems to have been a factor for me!

It was the same for me when I was carrying DD as it is/was now that I'm carrying DS. I had heart burn like no tomorrow everyday, and then threw up every night at 6pm from week 5 to week 18. Since then, it has been heart burn and throwing up once a week if I eat too much acidy food (like tomatoes). I'm week 31 now.
