wth? GMD pre folds WAY off for sizing!

my older ds could wear the yellows pinned when he was 2.5 years old, they fit him way better than the reds. he was around 22 lbs i think. my younger ds is 2.5 and the reds are getting a little small pinned on him, he's 26 lbs.

Yep, there's a huge variance in length of rise. My DD has a short rise just like me, even though she's always been around 90th % in height and 50th in weight. At 23 months she's still on the medium rise in her BGs. Every time I try to unsnap them all the way I get poo leaks. And for me, my favorite jeans are Levi's "Too Superlow" but they completely cover me - I have a short rise, short torso, and long legs.

Are you sure you don't have the imagine yellows, which are mediums?

I, too, am amazed. My DS outgrew those by 6 months and he's average sized (long and skinny, but he outgrew them all the way around).

That was my first thought when I opened this thread. My DD was in reds at 4 months and they were hard to snappi on her by 6 months (wish they'd had "wide baby" back then! ).

Maybe I do have imagine pre folds!!!! I bought em from a mama on here. Thought they were GMD but that makes so much more sense if they're mediums....they are the exact same size as the osocozy ones I bought w red edge and I think they're a size 2 or something.
Whew....I feel better...I worry enough about my guys disabilities and his small stature but Sheesh!

I just looked up the dimensions. The GMD yellows are approx 12.5"x13.5" and the Imagine yellows are approx 14.5"x15.5". So if you measure yours you should be able to know for sure. I'm guessing they're prob Imagines though (which are also great!).

They ARE imagines! Thank you! I feel so much better about my guy now. He will be two next month....and uh....he needs the next size up!
