Re: What can my 10 month old NOT eat??

Honestly I would not feed a baby or small child peanuts, or anything else that is a choking hazard.

We also avoided high sodium foods, high acid foods, artificial food dyes, sugar, nitrates (hot dogs, etc)...all that stuff we should always avoid but dont. We also waited until after 12 month to do nuts, egg whites, cow milk, shellfish...

We just don't do honey, nuts or shellfish (because of a family allergy). I also try to avoid sodium or anything with a lot of salt or sugar. We also haven't tried strawberries yet but I'm not actively avoiding them.

Peanuts! My daughter has a severe peanut allergy and I am so thankful that we waited until after she was 1 to try peanut butter
