Re: Recommend a washable nursing pad?

Can anyone do a liquid absorbing test of some of the different brands? Specifically wondering how much the regular bamboobies can hold.

i only have mine sorry. my friend told me the the bamboobies held the least of all the ones she tried(organic cotton ones from BRU, the ones i made her and sposie ones. but they were soft and discreet so i guess it depends on what you want more, kwim?

Since you're Canadian....Motherease makes awesome bamboo/organic cotton ones. I have the bamboo ones and they never leak even though I have super strong letdowns. I have leaked through all other widely available nursing pads.

I liked the lilypads but I only wore them when I left the house, never all the time. otherwise I made myself some fleece and flannel ones that looked hilarious!

I have 10 pairs and absolutely love them. I had them made a little larger for a few extra dollars (larger boobs here... huge letdown...). They have only leaked when I let down while laying on a boob at night due to the compression. They are pretty cute too

Didn't like bamboobies. Love Pampered Mama...IMO her most absorbent are the OBV ones.

I use the ones from here http://www.etsy.com/shop/CharisBabyDesigns and love them! They are PUL backed and have zorb inside so they hold a ton and are really thin. They don't show through my bra & shirt. Super comfy and they wash really well.

Re: Recommend a washable nursing pad?

I love, love, love The Willow Store's hemp nursing pads. I've struggled with over active supply and over active letdown and they're the only ones that have worked for me without making me look like I stuff my bra.
