Most people get 26 points per day and 49 extra per week. If you are exclusively nursing add 14 extra per day, if you are doing supplimenting with any bottles, add only 7 per day extra.

I am down to 159.6 now! I am finally out of the 160s!

Thanks, I found an awesome app for $1.99 with a scanner and everything. I like it better than the official WW apps!

I wouldn't add the full fourteen since she isn't 100% BFing. I know with the app I mentioned above, they give you the same quiz to calculate how many points you'll need.

Ok, I just bought that app and it said I needed 51 points a day!! Can that be right? I do have a lot to lose; I just had a baby on the 5th and was already overweight when I got pg, plus I'm nursing. But I'm just trying to figure out what I would eat since fruits and veggies make up a lot of what I eat and they are free.

I get 49pts so it could be correct. You'll be surprised how quick tbd points add up. My biggest challenge is portion size.
