I've tried some online recipes but i'm not having much luck. I'd love some recipes for blueberry, banana nut and chocolate chip, preferably ones that don't stick to the liners or taste like cardboard!

Re: Please share your favorite muffin recipe!

I just made these yesterday for the first time (with adding about 1/3 c. each chopped walnuts & mini choc chips), and they are FABULOUS! http://www.catcancook.com/awesome-banana-muffin-recipe/

I make these but use applesauce instead of margarine and whole wheat flour instead of white.

This is my go-to recipe. She has another post that is sort of a muffin base and then what you can add in to make different muffins. I'm particularly fond of the berry oatmeal muffins. I use whole wheat and real butter and usually 1/2 the amount of sugar.

I'm such an out of the box mom. I'm really loving the Duncan Hines Simple Mornings ones. I would love a recipe of my own if they'd come out like that. So far I haven't been successful making my own taste that awesome.

I made these the other day with my daughter and they were perfect. I used ww flour and coconut flour in combination with the ap flour. Next time I would skip the ap flour altogether. I also added some choc. chips to ensure that my daughter would eat them. I am so glad that a pp pointed out the basic muffin recipe. Also I made them in a mini muffin pan.

Here is the Cat Can Cook Basic Muffin Recipe. I didn't have time to link it before.

This is the banana muffin recipe I've used for the past few years! I was subbing 1 cup of whole wheat flour for the regular flour to make it slightly healthier. My husband even likes the whole wheat version especially when there are chocolate chips in it. I usually use 3 bananas. Haven't made it in awhile, hmm...

Also there's a blueberry muffin recipe I've done a couple of times. It's on allrecipes under "to die for blueberry muffins".

I use this recipe all the time. My kids and I love them. I used my local wheat to make them.
