Anyone make custard pies?

I have a lot of eggs I want to use up and I have some fresh peaches- any tips or recipes for making a decent custard pie? I am making quiche as well, but that is already going.

Well- it was just okay- a little softer set than I would have preferred and too sweet. Any tips for future would be great!

Try using the impossible pie recipes readily available online. For the basic impossible pie of 1 cup bisquick, 2 c milk and 4 eggs along with 2c shredded cheese I sometimes add leftover rice or meat along with veggies. the impossible coconut custard pie is to die for.

Yeah... I use this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/grandma...arch%20Results but I also add cinnamon. It works well without crust in ramekins as well (which is generally how I make it). As a side note you can also make lemon curd (or any kind of curd) with eggs or make meringues or pavlovas with extra eggs and put fruit on top.

Does this one work with fruit?

Thanks!

Thanks- I hadn't even thought about an impossible pie as a custard pie. And I was thinking Bisquick had a peanut warning on the box (allergies here) but looking around at Google, it seems like it might be okay- have to check the box next time I am at the store.
