I hate that this post made me laugh but it did I had them with my first when no one told me how to prevent epic zofran constipation and I can vividly recall my relief when I realized I was "only" bleeding from my butt after I had a situation extremely similar to what you described

Seriously though, take a stool softener, up your magnesium intake, use witch hazel pads and a little diaper rash cream to relieve the discomfort. Hope your bum feels better soon

Could just be an anal fissure.
I'm going to suggest you not take a stool softener unless your doc/midwife okays it.

Tucks pads are amazing for helping to soothe, and they are nice for soreness after birth too! (I believe the main ingredient is Witch Hazel).
