Flips. I don't know why, but I just don't have the pocket love!

4.0...I hated the fit of the flips and the insert always moved for us.

Flips for sure. Not a fan of pockets here. I also much prefer natural fibers. I use pfs flats and flip organic inserts in mine.

Overall, I prefer the 4.0's for ease of use (just slap it on and you're done). If all babe did was pee, flips would be perfect, but IMO 4.0's are WAY better when it comes to cleaning up after poo.

Having said that, I have a mini-stash of both and use them at the same time. I use the flips for at home...the 4.0's for night-time, errands, and when I'm in a hurry at home. I use flats for both (padfolded) to make everything easier.

4.0s. I like microfiber just fine, but even if I didn't I can stuff with whatever I want. Suedecloth is incredibly stain resistant and poo just peels off of it. It feels drier than any other fabric.

I don't like the insert bunching with Flips, I don't like the plastic right against the baby... and lets be real, a Flip is just a one size cover. The branded inserts don't even match up or snap in or fit the cover that well!
