Re: OMG!!!

don't panic just yet, try taking it off with some rubbing alchol, my kids attacked the entire house with a sharpie once when I took a shower.

Other tips I got were to draw over it with a dry-erase marker, then wipe off

Re: OMG!!!

Let us know how it goes. As for the rest of the house, those magic earasers really are magic.

Re: OMG!!!

I couldn't find any actual rubbing alcohol....I had some little glasses' wipes that had rubbing alcohol in them and it didn't do a thing.

Think I can use a Magic Eraser on the computer screen??

I was just about to write the same thing about the dry erase marker!!! Works wonders! Don't know about the rubbing alcohol though. That wouldn't necessarily be my first choice as I don't think it would be too friendly to the screen... but I'm no computer techie.

Re: OMG!!!

Nail polish remover is worth a try and should be fine on the screen. Though I can't promise anything. I would take a look at the website of the marker and see if they have any recommendations.

Re: OMG!!!

alcohol is fine to use on electronics, just be careful with it. I'd say try the magic eraser but realistically- don't get your hopes up. DS#1 drew HUGE circles on our old walls with a sharpie...yeah, we had to paint over it because we were only able to lighten it. It seriously would not come all the way off even after hours of scrubbing.

I do hope that it comes off though!

Re: OMG!!!

I wouldn't use the magic eraser, it could scratch the surface of your monitor. I'd try the other methods first. Hope you can get it removed! Here's a link to tips for removing permanent marker: http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf462313.tip.html
