It broke, and I'm STILL waiting *Updated*

Awesome...

And Boingo won't do anything because I don't have 'proof that I purchased them from an authorized retailer'. And in their email response they basically said it wouldn't tear up if I didn't misuse it. I JUST bought two pair not even two weeks ago from one of the CottonBabies Retail locations, and I don't even use them at every change! C'mon!



Okay, so here's an update..copied and pasted from my Facebook post.


Day 1: I email and start the process. I get the "You must have misused it but prove you bought it and we'll replace it and have you send back the broken one"....

Day 3: I receive my email copy from the store I PURCHASED your product from, and forward it to you. Same day, okay, we will replace it and send an envelope to return the defective one.

Day 11: You email me and apologize for the delay stating that someone at your company had an emergency and my replacement will be mailed no later than Monday (Day 14) I respond, understanding that emergencies happen, thanking you.

Day 20: I email to inquire about the replacement as I have not yet received it. Then I wait...

Day 25: You email and apologize AGAIN for the delay, and offer TWO replacements instead of one. Informing me to choose two colors because my original is now out of stock.

Day 26: I respond with my two color choices, and thank you for including the extra. You confirm my choices and assure me they will be sent out that morning.

Day 35: I email to inquire about the status of my replacement. No response.

Day 41: I post on your Facebook page requesting a response to an email I sent. My post MYSTERIOUSLY disappears...

Day 42: I post again requesting a response to an email I sent. Again, my post MYSTERIOUSLY disappears. I email again...awaiting response.

Day 45: Another email, and another post on Facebook. I've posted on their wall probably 5x now and it keeps disappearing.

Yeah, they want a receipt. The store is two hours away from me though. We stopped by there while we were around for my daughter's Orthotist appointment.

So they argue with you about replacing an item that costs them less than a dollar and loose many potential sales from the bad review? Real sound business plan they've got there.
