Re: Names?
Yay! I've been keeping an eye out for a name thread.
If we have a boy he will be River haven't settled on a middle name yet. For a girl we have a short list s far but nothing I'm IN LOVE with yet, our short list is: Paisley, Audrey, Abigail. |

Re: Names?
FUN thread!
Ryan and I haven't even DISCUSSED names. I like Tyler though. But that's so far the only list I have on my list. Who knows what Ryan thinks about it. I have a feeling picking a name with him will be difficult as his response to everything is "I don't know". sigh. |

Re: Names?
DH won't talk about names until we find out the sex so obviously we're nowhere near deciding
. I do really like Audrina and Scarlett for a girl though. But who knows, DH will probably hate them if I like them . I also really like Paisley, but somebody else in my tiny town just had a baby girl and named her Paisley so I think that's probably out. If we have a boy, I honestly have no idea. Boy names are so hard.

Re: Names?
wow.... i love all these names so far. So fun!!!!!
well as of today ( could totally change) if it's a boy - charlie after my dad girl probably Vitallia (after hubby's grandma) or Lucia Hope my hubby is 1/2 puerto rican half puerivian so we try to stick with names that can be pronounced without changing in either Spanish or English. Uur dd is Frances. I LOVE older names..... I love adelle too but hubby said no. and Ruby, Charlotte, Eden, lots of girl names and seriously only one boy name. ha

I really like names that mean something to us. I remember the day we found out I was pregnant with our first. We were both in shock, scared out of our minds but also super giddy. We were riding on the subway going from Brooklyn to manhattan and my husband said "if it's a girl we should name her Brooklyn." and so it was. It just seemed so perfect. We had fallen in love in Brooklyn and found out about her in Brooklyn. I guess I'm wishing that it was as effortless and whimsical this time around as it was then.

Re: Names?
Aw, cute names! I have so many different names floating in my head...not sure at all.
With boys we go for Biblical/Hebrew and meaning. Our short list is: Josiah, Levi, Asher, Samuel, Ari and Noah For girl names, many I like are common...but not really common here: Olivia (really not popular here...but still), Isley, Lilinoe (hawaiian and pronounced lily-noy), Liliana, Averie, and Lila
