3 1/2 yr old...
I care for a 3 1/2 yr old girl who will usually stay dry as long as I take her hourly to the potty. She won't tell you she needs to go. BUT when she is at home they put pull ups on her and let her do what ever. She hides and poops in her pants. She'll walk around in it and not care at all. Any advice? She knows what she is doing. I never had such a situation with any of my 6 children.

It's sad what the parents are doing. Does she spend a lot if time in your care? Does she ever poop for you? I've never been in that situation do I don't have real advice. But maybe it would help if you just talk excitedly about how good it feels to be clean and dry whenever you make potty trips? When the parents pick her up, you could be enthusiastic in saying how she was dry all day and what a great job she's doing at using the potty and all you had to do was remind/help her, or something along those lines.

Re: 3 1/2 yr old...
No, she will not poop here. When she gets home she asks them for a diaper, they put one on her then she poops. I have been dancing around and excited when she goes pee here. She likes that.
Thanks.
