If you're talking about pocket diapers, I like hemp/cotton inserts to go behind the microfiber or cotton insert you are currently using.

I also have GroVia boosters to use with GroVia, but they also work great with all other kinds of diapers.

I mostly use grovia or a softbums with a trifold insert. I want something that is bamboo and or cotton. Grovia are nice but are super narrow
