BG 4.0 as swim dipe?
We are going to a family BBQ this afternoon and they have a pool. DS (2.5yrs) usually just wears a bathing suit to go swimming at beaches as he is a predictable morning pooper most of the time.
He has grown out of his cloth and developed a love for his sposies while in a no-cloth daycare, so he wears huggies. But I'm a little nervous he'll have a random afternoon poop. I THINK he could still fit a 4.0 without the inserts. I know repeated chlorine exposure could damage it but would just once with a good rinse be okay? Or should I just buy him a small pack of swim diapers? |

I used several of my "good diapers" in our apartment pool this summer until I could sew up designated swim diapers. They are all unaffected, and were exposed to the pool several times each.

I have used bg diapers as swim diapers in chlorine before and no damage occurred. I say go for it.

Thanks! I tried it on before we left and the rise is too short for him. Oh well. We borrowed a swim diaper from my cousin (her daughter recently PL'd).
