me too! I think I hold on to weight. I nursed DD til she was 6 months and I actually gained weight. I'm doing much better this time around, but I'm also working out this time so IDK if that's the only reason I lost weight faster.

Yup - I hold on to it too. I have to watch what I eat big time to lose.

Finished my workout! I did 10 minutes of pilates abs to warm up and then a full body routine with weights. Since I was all sweaty and gross already and swept and mopped the floor. Now I"m drinking the rest of my morning coffee mixed with protein powder, a banana, and flax seed. I would've added spinach except my baby spinach was old and turning yellow. So I'm salad-less until I go to Sams club on thursday

I have been eating so many whole wheat pita's with hummus, I need to find mroe healthy quick foods that fill me. I've noticed I am slowly getting less hungry all the time which is good. SO is abou to go on a bsiness trip but when he gets back I am goign to start leaving DS with him for and hour and going to the gym a couple times a week. I am so excited, I really need the me time.

DH decided to buy a giant Halloween candy bag of all our favorite candy. Why? We now have an entire drawer of candy, and it is literally all my favorites. This is not going to help much! I already caved and bought chocolate covered raisins at work today, too. Ugh! At least I'm not at home all day anymore, so I won't have as much time to graze.

I have not eaten any candy or drank any pop today. Woohoo! I did have a super sweet coffee this morning, but I've only been drinking water besides. Baby steps here, people.

I triedo ne of thosenew starbucks energy fruit drinks b/c i've been feeling crappy and I needed the Vitamin C. I do not suggest!

I sampled one when they first came out. They were gross!
