Basically there is 4 different work out plans, and When you order you pick your body type. They said it wasnt a one size fits all program. And if you are shapeless, you pick a certain if you mostly gain in your midsection you pick another, etc. she uses dance moves incorporated in the workout and it's a formulated work out based on your body type. Once I get it, I'll let you ladies know how it is. But I'm pretty excited, and they showed bigger woman who actually had some problems not just like a few people who were just a couple pounds overweight and their results were pretty amazing

I always munch on carrots or some crunchy veggie. Or if I'm really hungry, I have these zone bars and they have like 12 g protein and they are only 190 cals.

Greek yogurt is good too, it has a lot of protein also. I buy the f-age brand. It seems to be the best tasting to me.

Oh yeah that too! With every meal I have 1-2 glasses of water, and try to drink another after the meal

I have to start doing that! I never drink enough water.

I'm counting today as my cheat day...I was really bad. I don't even want to post everything that I ate . The rest of the week I am going to be really good!
