Ate poorly today. Boss asked me to lunch, so I had to go. That was a turkey sandwich. Now I'm eating a granola bar (all natural from bakery) for dinner due to an unexpected obligation. Not going to be home for another hour. Blah. Maybe I can work out tonight to make up for it.

I definitely have not changed my eating at all (pumpkin spice latte this morning - I have no willpower!) but I refuse to get too worried about that. I'm doing the short walk to and from DD's school from a friend's. I really WANT to walk the whole way, but at pick up time it's still 100 degrees here! DD would not do well biking home in the heat. Someone tell Texas to hurry up and cool down already!

I did start Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred yesterday. OW. I didn't even make it all the way through the level 1 workout! I had to stop a couple of times and the baby was screaming so I totally missed the cool down. Very sore this morning from it but I did it again and now I'm moving like a 90 year old woman!! LOL I think I might take a break from it tomorrow and just take a walk or something to let my muscles heal before I torture myself again.

I weighed myself tonight because I wasn't sure I'd remember tomorrow (mornings are crazy). 163. So a 2 pound loss over the last week/10 days. I'll take it! It's an estimate cause we have a cheap, non digital scale, but as long as it's moving in the right direction - yay!

Oh, and could OP change my name in the first post? I'm listed as Truckergirl - no R! No Trucker, just Tucker!

AFM, Im expecting a gain tomorrow. I haven't lost anything this week, I remained at 148. I think I will need to count my calories to see exactly what I"m eating, at least for a day or two. I eat pretty well, but maybe just too much.
as for the gain, well I didnt feel like cooking and DH is picking up take out. Yup, sodium laced food. so I will be bloated and retaining water like a mutha. so....my little red number next to my stats will be a +

No gain, no loss here. My little guy is eating like a piggy, and I am doing so good on no grain/no sweets (except for my little bit of chocolate).

Soooooo incredibly frustrating.
