I have a theory!

Lol...here it is. I have heard that boy spermies are faster swimmers than girl spermies so I am thinking that your egg would be fertilized sooner with a boy and later with a girl. Stay with me here, lol. With my boys I got a very strong positive test for both of them before I missed my period. The pee barely hit the stick before it wa saying I was pregnant. This time I am due to have my period tomorrow and am only getting faint positives after a few minutes so I am concluding that thsi will be a girl because the spermies swam slower and the egg was fertilized alter. Hey, one can hope right

Both my girls at like 5 to 6 weeks I was sicker than a dog. This time around not a preg sign besides mt uterus felt like it was being extracted from my body & hip pain. Horrible bouts of headaches sometimes.

ick! I was sick as a dog the entire pregnancy with both of my boys. I am barely pregnant right now but I have had feelings of nausea but not actually gotten sick yet Fingers crossed. I hope you feel better

I'm pregnant with a girl and it took the full 10 minutes for my test to turn positive! I barely had any sickness, but I've had awful hip pain. Maybe your theory is right

Re: I have a theory!

this is an interesting theory. I have crazy cycles, so I don't know if I was even late or not with my 3 boys, but they were all instantly positive before the control line even showed and they were all taken late in the day (not FMU)

That's my theory too. We tried to time things for a girl this time based on the theory, and it worked!

I was like this. With my last 2 girls I got BFP extremely early like 8dpo but with this boy it wasn't until after my missed period and I tested 3 times from 8dpo to 12dpo.
