What to make for holiday gifts

I will be doing my usual baking this year. A favorite from last year was Cowboy Cookies. I'll always do Butter Toffee Crunch and choc covered pretzels. I'll share out some of my canned goods, too. We're working on some Vanilla Extract and Elderberry Elixer that should be ready to bottle in another month or so. Besides getting a few toys for the kids, I'm pretty much set shopping-wise!

I usually do all sorts of bonbons. I think my favorites last year were filled with a modified version of my favorite chocolate pecan pie filling.
