Better late than never, I guess. Or are you supposed to not lose in phase 3? I am down to 157.5 right now. Only 5 lbs to my first goal.

Not supposed to lose, but I think I'm pretty stable at 185.

Yeah, I'm actually quite happy. Holidays are coming up and I don't think I want chicken and cabbage while everyone else enjoys Thanksgiving dinner, so I might be out until January. My dad gave me his elliptical until then. Unfortunately, I think I have a broken bone in my foot and won't be exercising.

Oh no!!! Froken foot bones suck and take so long to heal. You might be able to do one more round before the holidays. I have always dieted during the holidays due to having spring and summer babies. I have not had a full meal on Thanksgiving or Xmas in 4 years....LOL! I guess I am sort of used to it now. I think I would confused to see all the food on my plate. My parents would look at me strange too after not seeing me eat in 4 years...LOL!

I hope you can stay off your foot as much as possible and get her healed fast. Do not push it for sure. DH was out of commission in a boot for months as he could not stay off his. I was 8 months PG and disabled to boot, so he had kid duty.

It happened 4 weeks ago. I just tried to take it easy as much as possible. I think it's trying to heal, but not much can be done to help. I don't think I need a cast. Wish I was insured, might go to the doctor...

Check at your local hospital's free care that is based on income. THey may be able to get you a card and then you can see any doctor affiliated with their hospital. We have that here and it is how DH got to go. He got a boot rather than a cast to help pad when he had to walk and imobilize the foot, but it was removable for comfort. It really helped.
