What is this pain? It could be a pulled muscle, could be round ligament, could be something joint-related, could be adhesions separating from my c-section 9 months ago. I am 24 weeks pregnant and am sore in my lower right side. I thought it was just ligament pain, but when I probed deeper, it almost feels like it's in my joint. If I'm standing up, and I try to lift that leg, there is pain (but not when I lift the left leg). Walking is not so fun right now. I had this pain at its worst yesterday, and I went to bed, hoping it would be better in the morning. It was, for a bit, but now it's back again.

could be your sciatic nerve. i would go see your doc if it's making it difficult to walk and is causing that much pain.

I agree it sounds like it could be your sciatic. I had pains similar to that when I was pregnant with my son. If it's that bad that you can't walk, you need to see your doctor, though... I have no idea if it could be something worse? Prayers that you are ok!!

It never got as bad today as it was yesterday, so I don't know. It's just weird. It's not anything SO painful that I think I need to call, and my next appointment with her is a week from Wednesday, so if it's still going on then, then I'll ask her about it, unless it gets to the point where I literally can't walk at all b/c the pain is too much.

Went to the chiro today. I can't tell a ton yet except that the pain seems to have shifted from my right side to the middle, lol, but I'm usually sore for a while after an adjustment, so I'll see how I feel tonight and tomorrow.

Is it worse in the mornings? I had that for a while and it was from sleeping uncomfortably. I bought the U shaped Leachco pregnancy pillow and it went away. I think my hips weren't resting properly and it was throwing off everything.

I'd guess maybe SPD? I've had it with each pregnancy, and if I'm out of alignment, it's worse. Hoping your adjustment helps. Sleep with a pillow between your knees--that should help keep your hips aligned, too.
